Built on family leadership
Intercoastal Mechanical is built on more than four decades of family leadership in the mechanical trades. Founded originally as a plumbing and new-construction company, the business grew into a well-regarded Mid-Atlantic commercial plumbing contractor and expanded to include HVAC and fire sprinkler systems.
After the sale of that company in 2025, the same principals joined with a third brother and several long-term key employees to launch Intercoastal Mechanical in 2026. Today the firm combines deep industry experience with long-standing subcontractor, staffing, and supplier relationships to deliver high-quality mechanical contracting.
Looking ahead, we'll build on our strong multifamily and retail experience while pursuing opportunities in hospitality, senior living, and mixed-use developments.
